At Alpha Support Services we create a space that feels just like home. Each bedroom offers generous space about 240 - 300 square feet so the people we support feel safe, comfortable and truly at home. We build homes that heal, empower, and inspire; where every individual is seen, supported, and set up to thrive.
Our dedicated team of highly trained professionals delivers personalized, evidence-informed care in collaboration with families, funders, and community partners. Every plan is tailored to meet the unique developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs of the individuals we serve.
Our goal is to always provide stable, therapeutic environments that foster independence, dignity, and measurable progress.
For over a decade, our founders have been committed to helping individuals live their best lives in their communities, and we continue to uphold that mission.

From Vision to Impact
With over 10 years of experience in residential care placement and hands-on involvement, Alpha Support Services specialize in providing safe, structured, and nurturing homes for adults, children and youth with autism, intellectual challenges, and neurodiverse needs. We prioritize stability, inclusion, and individualized support; helping each individual grow with dignity and purpose, ensuring they don’t just live but truly belong.
In addition to our specialized residential services, we offer short-term respite care to support families who need a break. Moreover, we’re actively working toward future services, including a youth shelter and a recreation and learning center for daytime programs, specifically designed to enhance transitional-aged youth.
This work goes beyond professionalism—it’s deeply personal. Alpha Support Services was founded by a husband-and-wife team whose mission stems from purpose and lived experience. Every home we open and every service we provide is rooted in love, compassion, commitment, and the unwavering belief that every person deserves to feel seen, supported, and safe.
