Our dedicated team of highly trained professionals delivers personalized, evidence-informed care in collaboration with families, funders, and community partners. Every plan is tailored to meet the unique developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs of the people we serve.
Our goal is to provide stable, therapeutic environments that foster independence, dignity, and measurable progress—supporting individuals to live their best lives within their communities.

From Vision to Impact
With over 10 years of experience in residential care placement and hands on experience, Alpha Support Services provides safe, structured, and nurturing group homes for children and youth with autism, intellectual challenges, and complex care needs. We prioritize stability, inclusion, and individualized support—helping each individual grow with dignity, purpose, and not just living but belonging.
We also offer short-term respite care to support families who need a break, and we’re actively working toward future services, including a youth shelter and a recreation and learning center for daytime programs.
This work is more than professional—it’s deeply personal. Alpha Support Services was founded by a husband-and-wife team whose mission was born from purpose and lived experience. Every home we open, every service we offer, is rooted in love, compassion, commitment, and the belief that every person deserves to feel seen, supported, and safe.
