Empower. Support. Include.
Alpha Support Services provides safe, structured, and individualized residential and respite supports for youth and young adults. We support autistic and neurodivergent individuals, young people with developmental disabilities, trauma histories, and those who require emotional regulation or behavioral support. Our work is grounded in respect, safety, and relationship-based care. Whether supporting a young person in placement or working alongside families, guardians, and placing agencies, our goal is the same: to help every individual feel safe, valued, and supported to grow within their community.

Our approach is rights-based, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming, with a strong emphasis on dignity, voice, and participation.
We believe behavior is communication. Our staff prioritize prevention, understanding, and de-escalation, creating supportive environments that reduce distress and promote emotional safety. Each individual is supported through a person‑directed Individual Support Plan, developed collaboratively with our partners and professionals who are trained to specialize in diverse care requirements. For families, this means peace of mind knowing your loved one is supported consistently and compassionately. For placing agencies, it means a program that values accountability, documentation, and collaborative care planning.
