Our operations adhere to the Child, Youth and Family Services Act (CYFSA) and comply strictly with all Quality Assurance Measures (QAM). From safety protocols to service delivery, compliance is our baseline; while empathy and compassion defines our care model.

Our homes offer the comfort of 240 - 300 square feet bedrooms, dignity, safety and warmth. Our care team is led by experienced, highly trained and dedicated professionals who are committed to the special needs community.
Our team are all:
Certified in adult, child and youth care, social services, and developmental support
Experienced in providing care for those with autism, complex behavioral needs, and developmental disabilities
Screened and vetted through vulnerable sector checks, references, and credential verification
Trained in:
-Trauma-informed care
-Safe management, Non-violent crisis -intervention (CPI, UMAB, or equivalent)
-First Aid Certified
-Broad Record Check (BRC), VSC and/or Criminal Record Check

Referral & Assessment
We conduct a holistic review of each referral, engaging with families (when applicable) and professionals to assess developmental support and care needs.
Compatibility Review
We meticulously evaluate whether the individual’s needs fits with the current home environment, guaranteeing a positive, comfortable and supportive lifestyle.
Personalized Planning
If a placement is accepted, we create and implement an individualized Care and Transition Plan, specifically designed to meet the resident’s goals, growth trajectory, and staffing dynamics.
Welcoming & Orientation
Upon arrival, each resident is received through a calm, structured, and sensory-aware onboarding process; crafted to assist with complex care needs, behavioral challenges, or non-verbal communication.
