We Staff with Intention
Our homes are led by a highly trained team of professionals who are:
Certified in child and youth care, social services, and developmental support
Experienced in working with youth with autism, complex behavioral needs, and developmental disabilities
Screened and vetted through vulnerable sector checks, references, and credential verification
Trained in:
Trauma-informed care
Non-violent crisis intervention (CPI, UMAB, or equivalent)
Positive behavior support
Mental health first aid

We Intake with Care
Each child is more than a placement—they’re a person with unique needs, challenges, and strengths. Our intake process includes:
Referral & Assessment
We review each referral holistically, involving family (when applicable) and professionals to assess care needs.
Compatibility Review
We carefully consider whether the child’s needs align with the current home environment, ensuring a positive and supportive fit.
Personalized Planning
If a placement is accepted, we develop and adopt an individualized Care and Transition Plan tailored to the resident’s goals, growth path and staffing dynamic.
Welcoming & Orientation
Upon arrival, each resident is welcomed through a calm, structured, and sensory-aware onboarding process—tailored to support those with complex care needs, behavioral challenges, or non-verbal communication.
